Section Three is about developing a budget. The budgeting process is divided into three phases. Phase One: Record their present expenditures for nine different budget areas.
Phase Two: Review their Christian core values and adjust spending, saving and giving.
Phase Three: Goal setting activities that provide for a long term budget plan.

HOW MANY PEOPLE MAY PARTICIPATE AT ONE TIME?
As many as 64 individual participants or 32 couples or as few as four couples or four individuals can participate. The leader should break a large group into several smaller groups to allow for more discussion when the size of the large group exceeds thirty-two people.

HOW LONG WILL THE WORKSHOP TAKE?
The course can be completed in a time frame of six hours. The workshop has been planned for six, one hour sessions that can be taught during a six week, one hour per week Sunday School class or combined to a one day workshop or any combination of times suitable to the participants.
